I draft and negotiate various agreements, master services agreements, transaction agreements, subcontractor agreements, service level agreements, technology agreements, intellectual property agreements, procurement agreements, confidentiality agreements and any other bespoke agreement required by my client. I have over 10 year’s experience in legal advising, from companies such as EY, FNB, Deloitte and MTN.
